Refund/Return Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The customer has 15 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) the customer will receive the credit within 7 business days, and depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size, send us an email at Michele@created4purpose.org

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Created4Purpose 500 S Center Street, Suite C9, Orange NJ 07050

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
